Don Mark, Head Golf Professional, Burnaby Mountain
Don was introduced to the game in 1958 by his father and began playing at the Wetaskiwin Golf Club South of Edmonon). As a young golfer he was fortunate enough to win several amateur tournaments - three within one year. Afer spending over 28 years in the oil industry, Don turned professional in 1992. He has been at Burnaby Mountain Golf Course for the past 8 years working as the Club's Head Professional. The experience at this facility has been incredible, although his busy schedule (according to Don) doesn't permit enough time for him to play! Don enjoys teaching and has many return students - beginners, novice, experienced players, and his loyal following of Seniors, who are always looking for tips to brush up!

Greg McClure, CPGA, Burnaby Mountain
Gre ecame amember of the BCPGA in 1993, and was previously employed at Lions Gate Golf Centre, Seymour Golf & Country Club, Park Royal Golf Centre and Furry Creek Golf & Country Clubs prior to joining the team here at the Burnaby Mountain Golf Course in 2003. Greg is fun, easy-going, full of enthusiasm and works well with all golfers and staff. Greg has a wife and two young boys at home -- o when he's not busy with them, you'll be sure to see him at the golf course!

Vince Liu, CPGA, Burnaby Mountain
Prior tobecming Golf Professional, Vince Liu had been a corporate trainer for both McDonald’s and Johnson & Johnson. He is passionate about teaching and about the game of golf! What he enjoys the most is to see people – especially young golfers - grow and mature under his guidance. With his RCGA Level 3 rules official designation, Vince has been conducting junior tournaments and golf clinics for ten years. He has also captained a number of Canadian Junior Golf Teams playing international tournaments in Texas, Scotland and China. With his enthusiastic, easy-going, approachable nature, Vince has now been an integral part of our Burnaby Golf team for ten years!

Brian Crowe, CPGA, Burnaby Mountain
Brian begn playig golf in Ottawa at the age of 15. After graduating from the University of Ottawa Commerce program in 1992, he orked in the Commerce field, travelled the world, and taught English for a year in South Korea. Brian's love for travel, golf, and teaching inspired him to turn professional in 2002. Since that time he has worked in the lower mainland teaching students of varying ages and skill levels - although his focus has been primarily with juniors. He believes that instilling sound fundamentals in a fun and safe environment is a great philosophy for golfers of all ages. Brian joined the Burnaby Mountain team 3 years ago and looks forward to working with new and returning golfers!

Hal Eremko, Head Golf Professional, Riverway Golf Club
Hal was an active member of the UBC Golf Team from 1979-80 - while he was concurrently working on his egree in Commerce. His favorite claim to fame is obtaining the lowest score in the BC PGA (1 under par!). Hal passed his playability test in 1992 and represented the BC team at National Assistant's Championship in 1994 and the BCPGA qualifier for Pacific Open in 1994 and 1995. Hal has been with the Riverway Golf Course for over a decade!

Jodi Reimer, CPGA, Riverway
Jodi spent her junior years as a member of Marine Drive Golf and Country Club. During her junior career, she won the Junior Club Championship multiple times and placed in the top ten at the Under 19 Wme's Nationals. Jodi has been employed at Riverway Golf Course for the past eight years and has joined the Canadian Professional Golf Association, developed a love for teaching and continues to play regularly. She has always had a deep desire to teach both adults and children at a professional level, nd has found her years of coaching basketball and field hockey to be an invaluable experience.
Throughout the past few years, Jodi has been successful when playing in the BMO Canadian Women's Tour events and in our local professional events. It is Jodi's goal to help you understand and enjoy the game of golf by applying the sound principles of the game. She is a creative, energetic teacher, and looks forward to working with you to help you achieve your goals.

Sean Spottiswood, CPGA, Riverway Golf Club
Sean has been a member of Canadian PGA since 1992 and has a class "A" associate membership status. Sean has tremendous passion and dedication for the game of golf. With this commitment he has stuied he golf swing for the past thirteen years and has earned himself a "level 4" in teaching certifiction. Before the responsibilities of having a family and raising four children, Sean enjoyed cmpeting against his fellow golf professionals. His claim to fame is winning a BCPGA Hogan Tour event plus numerous top ten finishes in other tournaments. Sean takes great pleasure in teaching and coaching, from juniors to seniors, beginners to advanced, private to group lessons; and claims that nothing is more rewarding than that special feeling of accomplishment in helping people have fun and improve their golf game.

Caine Lacusta, CPGA, Riverway Golf Club
Caine Lacusta was born in Vancouver and began playing and developing a passion for the game of golf at th age of 14. By 16 years of age, he was a scratch golfer playing in local and national junior events whch led to a golf scholarship in the USA where he earned a Bachelors degree in Business & Sports Management. When not teaching, playing or practicing, Caine enjoys the outdoors, numerous other sports and travelling. Caine, who has worked at Riverway fr 2 years, enjoys working with dedicated and driven students of all ages and skill levels that are looking to take their game to the next level.

Doug Riome, CPGA, Riverway Golf Club
Doug sted swinging his first club at the age of five and turned professional during the mid 70's in Arizona. He is anexperienced Head Professional and has competed on the Canadian Tour as well as various mni-tours throughout the U.S.A. Doug has won many Pro-Am events as well as the 1999 BC PGA Senior Championship. Doug joined Riverway as an Associate Professional early 2009 and it is obvious that he loves to teach and thoroughly enjoys the "people" aspect of the golf industry.

Dennis Ling, CPGA, Riverway Golf Club
Dennis began working at a golf course in Arizona and later spent eight years with the Greenacres Golf Course. Dennis has been an Asian Tour member during the winter months for the past seven years. He has been working during the warm sunny golfing months of summer at the Riverway Golf Course for five years.

Derick Ngan, CPGA, Riverway Golf Club
Derick Ngan sarted glfing at the age of 11 in Vancouver, British Columbia where he learned he had a knack fo golf. Over the next 10 years, this talent was nurtured until it came to a peak in the summer of 2009 when he tried for and achieved Pro status in the Canadian Professional Golf Association. Since then he has enjoyed teaching and training students both young and old, in the game he has a passion for. His other interests are golf, fishing, teaching/coaching, travelling, bowling, and hockey.
