Tee Time Booking...
BY PHONE: Regular tee time bookings are taken two days in advance beginning at 12:00p.m. noon

ON-LINE: Web bookings can be made by registered golfers for up to 2 days in advance at either golf course. First time users must apply for their eGolf access code by contacting the Golf Operations Office (604-297-4493 weekdays). To ensure a speedy response, please clearly state your name (first name, last name), your contact phone numbers, and your email address when you call. Maximum two tee times (2 foursomes) per registered user permitted - staff reserves the right to cancel additional times held by same person. We will cancel conflicting tee times when the same user is booked at both courses on the same date. Any Misuse of the Online Booking System or a continued violation of our booking policies will result in penalties and/or suspension of booking privileges.
Please Note: Approximately half of available tee times are held for on-line bookings, the remaining are available for phone in calls. The on-line booking system is not available between 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. daily; this time period is strictly for phone-in calls. As with any on-line booking system, tee times are held for several minutes to process each request; therefore, during times of heavy website traffic, some tee times will be re-released and made available within a few minutes. Please note that the heaviest time of online traffic is always the first 10 minutes after midnight on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays - you may wish to wait a few minutes on dates with heavier traffic if you happen to experience difficulties.
Worried about not getting your desired Tee Time? We now offer a Premium Advanced Booking Service for a $10 fee per person! Based on availability, your foursome may now book and guarantee their tee time 3 to 30 days in advance at Riverway and Burnaby Mountain Golf Courses! A $10.00 non-refundable per person booking service fee will be collected by credit card at time of booking to secure your desired reservation by calling 604-297-4493. Please note that this advanced booking fee is an independent charge which secures your premium advanced reservation - full green fees will be charged upon check-in. Some restrictions apply. Standard bookings (2 days in advance or sooner) do not require a booking fee. All other tee-time enquiries or changes to existing tee times must be directed to the golf courses directly (Burnaby Mountain 604 280-7355 or Riverway 604 280-4653).
Tournament and Corporate reservations for groups of 8 or more players may be made in advance by calling the Golf Operations office at 604-297-4493 (advance payment and/or deposit payment is required).
Pitch and Putts operate on a first come, first served basis.
