Tee Time Booking
BY PHONE: For regular tee time bookings (two days in advance beginning at 12:00p.m. noon), please call the golf courses direct.

- Burnaby Mountain: 604-280-7355.
ON-LINE: Web bookings can be made by registered golfers for up to 2 days in advance at either golf course. First time users must contact the Golf Operations Office (604-297-4493 weekdays) to register and obtain their Burnaby EGolf Access number.
Please Note: Only half of available tee times are for on-line bookings, the other half is available for phone in calls. The on-line booking system is not available between 11:45 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. daily, this time period is strictly for phone in calls.
Advanced: Based on availability, special advanced booking of tee times from 3 to 30 days may be available by contacting the Golf Operations Office at 604-297-4493 (A $10.00 non-refundable per person booking service fee will be collected at time of booking). All other tee-time enquiries or changes to existing tee times must be directed to the golf courses directly (Burnaby Mountain 604 280-7355 or Riverway 604 280-4653).
Tournament and Corporate reservations for groups of 8 or more players may be made in advance by calling the Golf Operations office at 604-297-4493 (advance payment and/or deposit payment is required).
Pitch and Putts operate on a first come, first served basis.

The City of Burnaby understands that privacy is an important issue for our customers, and one that we have taken steps to protect. Personal information that you provide during the registration process into our Active Net Fairway Golf Reservation & POS System is collected and used under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act.
Any information collected is used solely for the purpose of administering programs and reservations in the Golf Division, enabling us to meet the specific needs and expectations of our customers and our business. Information is also used to verify a customer's identity and approve eligibility for discounted rate programs. Personal information is never improperly disclosed nor is it sold to outside parties. Patrons utilizing our programs, services and facilities will receive a personalized printed receipt validating programs, purchases, and any reservations they have paid for.
