How to activate your Golfmax Rewards Card New to Golfmax? If you are not a Golfmax Member, click the Join Golfmax button on the homepage of Golfmax.com or Golfmax.ca Fill in the registration form and include your Golfmax Rewards card number in the space provided. Already a Golfmax Member? Golfmax members can activate their Golfmax Rewards card simply by logging into their Golfmax account and entering their card number in the space provided in the Member Info section. To access the Member Info section, look for link next to your name in the blue bar at the top of your Golfmax account.
